Installation Diagram And Installation Precautions

During installation, in order to avoid short circuit caused by the influence of
water mist and affect the life of the machine, the machine needs to be placed    outdoors and connected to the indoor pipe. The ultrasonic humidifier has one,   two or three fog outlets with a diameter of 110mm or 160mm. The height of the connecting pipe shall not exceed 3m, and the length shall not exceed 15m.


Plug the outlet after connecting the fog pipe, and then punch a hole on the side of the pipe to make the water mist come out through the fog hole. There is no   special requirement for the distance of the hole. The size of the fog hole can be controlled at 2-3cm, and the spacing is about 40-50 cm (can be adjusted
according to the situation). The slightly higher end of the pipe also facilitates the flow of water formed inside the pipe back into the tank. The sensor is
inserted and placed in a place where the ambient water spray will not be
directly sprayed. The end can be equipped with plug or not plug according to the use requirements.


Ultrasonic humidifier itself has the function of automatic water, can be directly connected to the water pipe, water pipe specifications are 4. The water
pressure should not be lower than 80Pa. Under normal circumstances, ordinary tap water can be used. If the local water quality is poor, it is     recommended to install a water purifier. The device should be installed

horizontally. The fog pipe should be sealed to prevent air leakage and water leakage. If the external water supply pressure is insufficient, connect an
external water pump to ensure that the water supply pressure ranges from 0.1 MPa to 0.3MPa

Precautions For Use And Machine Maintenance

■The use of softened water, purified water and mineral water treated water must be cleaned once a month oscillator; If using tap water, clean the oscillator once a week. ■The water quality of the machine should be: softened water, pure water or cool and clean water without pollution. The water temperature should not exceed 30℃ .
■When taking the fog guide tube, it must be rotated upward and pulled out without swaying around, otherwise the fog outlet will be damaged.
■Do not swing the water inlet valve from side to side during the operation and installation of the machine. Otherwise, the water inlet valve will be misaligned, which will cause the water inlet valve to work incorrectly when the water is automatically supplied.
■When the equipment is not used for a long time, drain the water in the equipment,    disconnect the power supply and water source, and place the equipment in a dry and ventilated environment for future use.
Routine Maintenance Cleaning
■Product daily maintenance:  ① When no one must turn off the electricity, water off ② do not put sundries and oily, alkaline water from the humidifier fog outlet such as (laundry powder, soapy water and edible oily water)  ③ The machine in the process of use to keep the control panel switch and plug line good contact  ④ when walking around the machine, please be careful of the machine connection pipeline.
■Product cleaning method:  ① Preparation before cleaning scale of atomizing module (twice within a month) : Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord plug machine, close the inlet valve and open the drain valve machine emptying the water,   will the machine cover from the tank to devolve on the side, will scale special-purpose detergent yiyi drip into the fog on the module of each oscillator within, static bubble is  about 30 minutes after use clean soft brush or brush towel water tank and the oscillator, then use clean water to rinse several times, Do not damage the parts in the tank in the process of brushing, and remove the sewage after cleaning.
1. This machine should be placed in the room to be humidified for outdoor use.
2. The fog tube and ground cable must be installed before use.
3. Please add water after the machine is energized.
4 Do not disassemble the host to repair or debug without authorization.
5. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the special cable provided by the company or the maintenance department.
6. Do not add additives to the water. In case of damage caused by adding additives, it is not within the scope of warranty.
7. Without the approval of the Company, any change or modification of the humidifier may bring inconvenience and harm to the user.
8. If the humidifier has abnormal sound or odor during work, please shut it down   immediately and pull out the power plug, and professional personnel will carry out maintenance or guide maintenance.
9. Please do not touch the mouth or eyes with the cleaning agent. In case of inadvertent contact with the cleaning agent, please clean it with tap water
immediately.
10. Before cleaning, adding water, or moving the humidifier, turn off the switch and     remove the power plug. When the humidifier is working, do not touch the water in the sink or the parts in the water with any part of your body.
11. Do not start the humidifier when there is no water in the water tank.
12. Do not scratch the vibrator with hard objects.
13. Do not let water flow into or splash into the inside of the machine base during cleaning, so as to avoid damaging the internal parts of the machine.
