Humidifier atomization work can not only maintain the humidity required by the environment, reduce the harmful substances suspended in the air to reduce static electricity, but also produce a certain concentration of negative oxygen ions, so that the air purification, improve the dry commercial or industrial environment.

During installation, in order to avoid short circuit caused by the influence of water mist and affect the life of the machine, the machine needs to be placed outdoors and connected to the indoor pipe. The ultrasonic humidifier has one, two or three fog outlets with a diameter of 110mm or 160mm. The height of the connecting pipe shall not exceed 3m, and the length shall not exceed 15m.

Plug the outlet after connecting the fog pipe, and then punch a hole on the side of the pipe to make the water mist come out through the fog hole. There is no special requirement for the distance of the hole. The size of the fog hole can be controlled at 2-3cm, and the spacing is about 40-50 cm (can be adjusted according to the situation). The slightly higher end of the pipe also facilitates the flow of water formed inside the pipe back into the tank. The sensor is inserted and placed in a place where the ambient water spray will not be directly sprayed.

Ultrasonic humidifier itself has the function of automatic water, can be directly connected to the water pipe. The water pressure should not be lower than 80Pa. Under normal circumstances, ordinary tap water can be used. If the local water quality is poor, it is recommended to install a water purifier. The device should be installed horizontally. The fog pipe should be sealed to prevent air leakage and water leakage. If the external water supply pressure is insufficient, connect an external water pump to ensure that the water supply pressure ranges from 0.1 MPa to 0.3MPa.

■ The use of softened water, purified water and mineral water treated water must be cleaned once a month oscillator; If using tap water, clean the oscillator once a week. ■ The water temperature should not exceed 30℃.

■ When taking the fog guide tube, it must be rotated upward and pulled out without swaying around, otherwise the fog outlet will be damaged.

■ Do not swing the water inlet valve from side to side during operation. Otherwise, the water inlet valve will be misaligned, causing incorrect automatic water supply.

Product cleaning method: Turn off the power and unplug, close the inlet valve and drain the water. Use scale special-purpose detergent on each oscillator, let it sit for 30 minutes, then use a clean soft brush or towel to clean the tank. Rinse several times with clean water and remove sewage.
